Privacy is a control boundary—not a footer formality.
Collect less. Authorize before transfer. Preserve accountable handling.
This Privacy Policy explains how ARE Global Consulting LLC may collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information received through this website, public forms, email, telephone, and related business-contact channels.
Public contact is for non-sensitive routing information. It is not a secure document room, protected client portal, privileged communication channel, or authorization to transmit controlled or restricted records.
Effective and last updated September 2, 2026.
Do not move a full record when a routing summary is enough.
Authority, audience, and handling route must be clear.
Tools may assist; accountable people control use and release.
Move directly to the controlling rule.
The register separates applicability, collection, purpose, AI use, disclosure, technical data, retention and security, and individual choices so a reviewer can identify the operative boundary without searching through generic language.
The public rule and its operating boundary.
This policy describes general website and public-contact practices. It does not replace a signed agreement, client instruction, legal requirement, or matter-specific handling rule that applies after an engagement is accepted.
Scope and applicability
This Privacy Policy applies when a person visits areglobalconsulting.net, submits a public form, sends a business email, calls an official business number, or otherwise communicates through an ARE Global public channel. In this policy, “ARE Global,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ARE Global Consulting LLC.
- Website visitors and inquiry senders. The policy covers information connected to browsing, general inquiries, scoping requests, vendor or teaming discussions, and other professional contact.
- Prospective and current counterparties. Public-channel information may support fit review, scheduling, due diligence, proposal preparation, and engagement administration.
- Matter-specific controls. Once work is accepted, a signed agreement, written scope, data-handling instruction, approved system, or client-controlled environment may impose additional or more restrictive requirements.
This policy does not create a client relationship, confidentiality agreement, fiduciary duty, attorney-client relationship, privilege, procurement status, government relationship, or obligation to accept a matter. A client relationship begins only after ARE Global accepts the engagement and the applicable written terms are established.
Controlling rule: A public inquiry identifies the decision need. It does not authorize document transfer or deeper review.
Information ARE Global may collect
Information collection depends on how the website and public contact channels are used. ARE Global may receive information a visitor chooses to provide and limited technical or operational information generated by website, hosting, security, email, scheduling, or similar business systems.
Routing information
Name, organization, business contact details, role, general issue category, urgency, intended reviewer, desired work product, and a concise non-sensitive summary.
Authorized business records
Client-authorized records considered only after purpose, authority, minimization, access, retention, deletion, and approved-tool requirements are established.
Do not send publicly
Credentials, full financial identifiers, identity records, protected federal records, CUI, classified information, sealed material, private keys, security tokens, or restricted files.
- Information you provide. This may include name, organization, title, email address, telephone number, inquiry type, general business context, schedule, and the non-sensitive description entered into a public form or message.
- Business communications. ARE Global may retain emails, call notes, meeting information, due-diligence questions, proposal communications, confirmations, and records needed to manage a professional relationship.
- Technical information. Hosting or security systems may generate Internet Protocol address, browser and device characteristics, operating-system information, referring page, requested page, timestamp, cookie or session identifier, diagnostic event, and similar technical data.
- Information after written scope. Additional records may be requested only when the purpose, authority, information class, recipient, handling pathway, retention expectation, and work product have been defined.
Do not submit records involving another person or organization unless you are authorized to share them. ARE Global may decline, quarantine, delete, or request a safer transfer method for information that arrives outside the stated boundary.
How information may be used
ARE Global may use information when reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate fit, define scope, administer work, maintain records, operate the website, protect business systems, and satisfy applicable obligations.
- Inquiry response and routing. Answer questions, identify the appropriate advisory lane, request clarification, schedule a discussion, or decline a matter that falls outside scope or authority.
- Fit, authority, and scope review. Understand the organization, decision need, record categories, authorized audience, timing, expected deliverable, exclusions, information classes, responsibilities, and handling requirements.
- Engagement administration. Prepare proposals or written scope, communicate with authorized contacts, coordinate work, manage deliverables, maintain billing or business records, and document decisions and corrections.
- Website and operational security. Diagnose failures, reduce spam or misuse, maintain availability, investigate suspicious activity, preserve records, enforce terms, and improve performance or accessibility.
- Legal and professional obligations. Respond to valid process, preserve required records, address disputes, protect rights or safety, and obtain advice from qualified professional advisers when appropriate.
Purpose boundary: Information received for routing is not automatically authorized for analysis, AI-assisted processing, publication, client delivery, or transfer to another party.
AI-supported work and human accountability
ARE Global may use AI-supported tools to assist classification, organization, comparison, chronology, issue spotting, workflow planning, drafting, and decision-package preparation. AI is a support layer, not the source record, final reviewer, or decision authority.
- Public AI intake remains non-sensitive. The public intake pathway is designed to classify and route a potential matter. It is not approved for credentials, protected identifiers, confidential client files, controlled government information, live system data, or restricted records.
- Written scope controls deeper use. Before controlled information enters an AI-supported workflow, the permitted purpose, tool, data class, minimization standard, access, retention, disclosure, human-review gate, and downstream use must be defined.
- Some information may remain outside AI tools. If authority, classification, contract terms, client rules, security requirements, or approved-tool status do not permit AI-supported processing, the information remains outside that workflow.
- Human review remains controlling. A responsible person evaluates source support, assumptions, contradictions, sensitivity, limitations, prohibited use, corrections, escalation, and release before AI-assisted material is relied upon.
AI-assisted output does not make an approval, denial, legal conclusion, fraud finding, payment action, identity decision, eligibility determination, procurement decision, compliance determination, security decision, or official government action.
AI boundary: Tool capability never expands the authority to collect, process, disclose, retain, or rely on information.
Sharing and disclosure
ARE Global may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate public channels, administer authorized work, obtain professional support, comply with applicable obligations, protect rights or systems, or act at the direction of an authorized person.
Operational service providers
Hosting, website, email, form, security, storage, scheduling, communications, billing, and other technology or business providers may process limited information needed to provide their services.
Professional advisers
Qualified legal, accounting, insurance, security, or other advisers may receive information when advice is reasonably necessary and an appropriate confidentiality or professional obligation applies.
Authorized counterparties
Information may be shared with a client, prime, vendor, partner, reviewer, or other party when the disclosure is authorized, within scope, and consistent with the stated purpose and handling boundary.
Lawful process and protection
Information may be preserved or disclosed when reasonably believed necessary to respond to valid legal process, enforce terms, protect rights or safety, prevent misuse, or investigate a security event.
External providers operate under their own systems, terms, locations, subprocessors, and security environments. ARE Global does not promise that every provider uses the same retention period, jurisdiction, or control architecture. Matter-specific requirements should be established before sensitive information is transmitted.
If ownership, structure, or control of the business changes, relevant records may be transferred as part of an authorized transaction subject to applicable obligations and the continuing sensitivity of the information.
Cookies, analytics, and technical data
The website, hosting environment, security services, and embedded or linked services may use cookies, local storage, log files, pixels, session tools, or similar technologies. These technologies may support essential operation, security, preference retention, diagnostics, performance measurement, accessibility, or aggregated usage analysis.
- Essential and security functions. Some technical data may be necessary to deliver pages, maintain sessions, prevent abuse, detect errors, and protect the website.
- Analytics and performance. If analytics or performance services are enabled, they may record page visits, referral information, device characteristics, approximate location derived from network data, and interaction events.
- Third-party content. A linked document, embedded service, scheduling tool, form provider, or external website may apply its own cookies and privacy practices.
- Browser controls. Visitors may use browser or device settings to block, delete, or limit certain technologies. Some settings may reduce functionality or prevent features from operating as intended.
Because no uniform technical standard governs every browser-based privacy preference, the website may not recognize or respond to every automated preference signal in the same way. Visitors may contact ARE Global with a specific privacy request.
Retention, security, and record control
ARE Global may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for inquiry handling, relationship administration, accepted work, business records, security, backup continuity, dispute prevention, legal or professional obligations, and the purpose for which the information was collected.
- Retention is purpose-dependent. A declined inquiry, accepted engagement, billing record, security event, vendor-review exchange, and contractual record may require different retention periods.
- Deletion may not be immediate or absolute. Residual copies may remain in backups, security records, legal holds, email archives, or systems controlled by providers until ordinary deletion cycles or applicable obligations permit removal.
- Reasonable safeguards. ARE Global may use administrative, technical, and organizational controls appropriate to the information, purpose, available systems, and written scope.
- No absolute security guarantee. No website, email system, device, network, provider, storage environment, or transmission method can be guaranteed secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Public email and forms should be treated as routing channels. Do not use them for passwords, authentication codes, full Social Security numbers, full account or card numbers, medical records, identity documents, protected legal records, classified information, CUI, private keys, live credentials, security tokens, restricted procurement materials, or confidential third-party files.
Security stop condition: If classification, authority, recipient, tool approval, or transfer method is uncertain, the record does not move until the authorized owner confirms the handling path.
Rights, choices, and policy contact
Depending on applicable law, the nature of the information, and the relationship involved, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or clarification concerning certain information held by ARE Global. A request does not guarantee that every record can or must be produced, changed, or deleted.
Verification before action
ARE Global may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, authority, organization, account, representation, or the scope of the request before responding.
Applicable limitations
A request may be limited by contractual duties, another person’s rights, security, privilege, confidentiality, legal obligations, recordkeeping requirements, active disputes, or inability to verify authority.
Children’s information
The website is intended for professional and institutional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. If information from a child is believed to have been submitted, contact ARE Global.
International access
ARE Global is based in the United States. Website and provider systems may process information in the United States or other locations where applicable providers operate.
Third-party links
External websites, platforms, documents, and services control their own privacy, security, content, availability, and terms. Review their notices before providing information.
Policy changes
ARE Global may update this policy as the website, services, systems, or requirements change. The posted effective date identifies the controlling public version.
Privacy inquiries should identify the person or organization making the request, the relevant contact channel or approximate date, the requested action, and the authority supporting the request. Do not include sensitive documents in the first message.
Policy reliance: This page is a general public notice. It is not legal advice, a data-processing agreement, a business-associate agreement, a security certification, a confidentiality agreement, a guarantee of protection, or a substitute for matter-specific written terms.
State the question before sending the record.
For a privacy request or data-handling question, begin with a concise, non-sensitive message describing the organization, relationship, relevant contact channel, approximate date, requested action, and authority. ARE Global may request additional verification before acting.
