ARE Global may use approved AI tools to assist organization, comparison, analytical challenge, and drafting. The principal remains responsible for the firm’s released advisory work.
Establish permission and handling first.
Agree the task, authorized source material, permitted tools, access, retention, and deletion. Public availability alone does not establish suitability for a particular use.
Unclear information classification, authority, or tool approval pauses the affected analysis until the authorized data owner or security reviewer establishes a permitted route. Some records may remain outside AI tools entirely.
Show what was used, checked, and changed.
Contribution record
Identify the task AI assisted, the authorized source set, and the output considered. Record relevant tool and version information when needed to reconstruct the work.
Review record
Identify the human checks, supporting sources, rejected statements, corrections, conflicting evidence, and unresolved limitations behind material conclusions.
The release review asks whether the evidence supports the conclusion, whether a competing explanation changes it, and what remains unknown. The client’s authorized owner retains operational decisions.
