Relevant experience

What exists, labeled by type, with the limits stated.

ARE Global is a new firm. It does not claim federal past performance, contract vehicles, or customer outcomes. Each item below carries a category and an evidence limit so a reviewer can judge its relevance to a specific requirement.

Selected work and methods

RE-01 / Internal work

ARE Global’s federal-readiness build

The firm’s own entity, registration, capability, and verification record: SAM.gov registration (active since July 29, 2026), UEI and CAGE assignment, the current Federal Capability Statement, the Trust Center, and vendor-review materials.

Work products
Capability statement, Trust Center, verification and vendor-review pages.

Evidence limit
Internal company work. Not customer or government past performance.

RE-02 / Prototype

Fraud-operations dashboard (Aegis FraudOps Command Center)

A development concept, built in Python and Streamlit, for organizing fraud events: case tracking, priority scoring, status management, SLA-style aging, filtering, regional metrics, and case audit logs.

Work products
Working prototype, workflow structure, control-status views, decision-record concepts.

Evidence limit
Prototype only. No production deployment or validated operational results are represented.

RE-03 / Research and publication

Fraud, payments, and identity research

Ongoing independent research on fraud-control frameworks, account-access abuse, payment-system risk, identity workflows, SI-enabled abuse, social-engineering patterns, and enforcement actions.

Work products
Risk notes, briefing-style summaries, and the public Insights series.

Evidence limit
Research and analysis. Not an engagement result.

RE-04 / Methodology

Administrative record reconstruction

A method for rebuilding a chronology and connecting each claim to its source record.

Work products
Source index, evidence map, contradiction register, unresolved-record list.

Evidence limit
A review method, not an engagement outcome.

RE-05 / Demonstration

Fictional sample deliverables

Worked examples of a payment-control review, an identity-control review, and an SI decision-quality review.

Work products
Published on Sample Deliverables.

Evidence limit
Fictional and labeled as such. No client, finding, or remediation is represented.

Founder background

The principal’s focus areas, research practice, and accountability commitments are set out on the founder page.

Match the evidence to the assignment

  1. Define the comparison. Identify the function, review question, information environment, and work product that matter for your requirement.
  2. Ask for support. Ask which artifacts can be reviewed, their date and scope, ARE Global’s role, and what disclosure is authorized.
  3. Keep the limits attached. A demonstration shows work-product structure. Customer results, deployment history, and references need their own supporting records.
