A sample can help a buyer assess clarity and usability. A methodology can explain the review process. Neither establishes a completed client engagement, deployment, quantified result, or past-performance rating.

If your evaluation requires customer references or engagement evidence, specify the claim, relevance criteria, authorized audience, and permitted disclosure. Availability must be assessed against the underlying record.
