Executive design.
Trust architecture.
Controlled proof.
ARE Global Consulting LLC uses this visual standard to keep the website serious, global, mobile-safe, and verification-ready.
This page defines the design logic behind the site: colors, spacing, page hierarchy, trust modules, proof presentation, intake warnings, and future AI assistant boundaries.
Open Trust Center
Open Case Study Framework
Open Site Directory
The website should look like a disciplined advisory system.
The visual language should communicate risk control, verification, serious judgment, and clean review paths without appearing inflated or template-driven.
Serious before loud
The site should feel controlled, senior, and calm. Visual weight should come from spacing, contrast, proof structure, and restraint instead of clutter.
Verification-first credibility
Important pages should lead reviewers toward D-U-N-S, insurance signals, capability, vendor review, proof of work, and written scope.
No hype without proof
The design should make ARE Global look strong without fake wins, fake clients, exaggerated results, unsupported outcomes, or document dumps.
Global but not generic
The brand should feel like a risk-intelligence advisory firm, not a template site. Use dark executive sections, platinum spacing, gold trust accents, and disciplined copy.
Dark authority, platinum clarity, muted gold trust.
These colors should stay consistent across home, trust, proof, vendor, capability, and future SAM verification updates.
Command Black
#03070d

Secondary dark layer for trust modules and footer sections.
Platinum Surface
#f5f7fb
Light section background for readability and clean review pages.
White Card

Muted Gold

Deep Gold

Slate Text
#4b5563

Every word should support trust or action.
The site should read like a senior advisory system: sharp headings, controlled paragraphs, and clear action labels.
Hero headline
Use short stacked lines. Preferred rhythm: one strong idea per line, with tight line-height and heavy weight.
Section labels
Small uppercase labels with letter spacing, a thin gold line, and controlled tone. Labels should guide reviewers.
Body copy
Use clear, plain business language. Avoid over-explaining. Every paragraph should support trust, review, scope, or action.
Button copy
Use direct action labels such as Open Trust Center, Review Proof of Work, Open Vendor Review Packet, or Start Controlled Inquiry.
Mobile-safe structure is mandatory.
The site should stay readable on phone screens. No sideways scrolling, no cramped columns, no fragile layout tricks.
Mobile-locked width
Every page should use single-column structure with max-width near 760px, width 100 percent, overflow hidden, and no CSS grid.
Large section spacing
Use deep vertical spacing. Serious consulting pages should breathe and avoid cramped visual blocks.
Card rhythm
Cards should stack vertically with consistent radius, border, padding, and margin. Repetition makes the system feel intentional.
Footer consistency
Footers should carry ARE Global Consulting LLC, D-U-N-S where appropriate, business email, office phone, and copyright.
The same modules should repeat across the trust stack.
Consistency makes ARE Global look built, intentional, and reviewer-ready.
Trust card
Used for D-U-N-S, insurance signals, SAM after approval, verified-only claims, proof pages, vendor review, and founder accountability.
Review path card
Used when a page routes visitors to Trust Center, Vendor Review Packet, Capability Statement, Proof of Work, Resources, or Contact.
Warning card
Used for public intake warnings: no SSNs, passwords, bank credentials, protected records, or attachments until scope.
Controlled inquiry block
Used near the bottom of pages. It should clearly state no attachments until written scope and provide business email and office phone.
Each page should guide a reviewer from purpose to action.
The page system should reduce confusion, organize trust, and move serious visitors toward controlled inquiry.
Hero
Defines the page purpose, trust signal, and primary action.
Review reason
Explains why the page exists and what reviewer problem it solves.
System cards
Breaks the content into structured cards with labels, clear headings, and restrained body copy.
Connected pages
Routes reviewers to the wider trust stack without forcing them to search.
Controlled inquiry
Ends with a clear, non-sensitive contact path and data-handling warning.
The AI layer should wait until the trust layer is finished.
A future AI assistant can help route inquiries, but only with strict boundaries and no sensitive-data collection through public chat.
AI comes after trust polish
A chatbot should only be added after design, trust pages, verification language, and intake boundaries are stable.
Intake assistant only
The future AI assistant should route users, summarize page options, and collect non-sensitive inquiry context. It should not make determinations.
Boundary-first script
The AI assistant must refuse sensitive data and repeat that users should not send SSNs, passwords, bank credentials, protected records, or attachments until scope.
Escalate to written scope
The chatbot should push serious matters toward written scope, business email, and controlled review rather than pretending to resolve complex issues in chat.
Design standards protect credibility.
No attachments until scope. Do not send SSNs, passwords, bank credentials, full card numbers, protected records, confidential third-party materials, or security tokens through public channels.
