Founder Accountability

Accountability from scope to correction.

Alfonso Ramon Evans, Founder & Principal Consultant, is responsible for ARE Global Consulting LLC’s client-facing advisory work.

That responsibility covers the agreed question, evidence review, release of the work product, and material corrections. Buyers have a named principal to ask about the reasoning and the record behind a conclusion.

The accountability standard

Responsibility should be visible in the work.

These are the commitments a buyer can carry into written scope and use when reviewing delivery.

01 / Scope

Agree the question and the limits.

The principal confirms the review question, authority, audience, source set, exclusions, deliverable, and acceptance criteria before substantive review.

Record for the buyer
Accepted scope and a named approval path for changes.
02 / Evidence

Make the reasoning traceable.

Material findings distinguish source-supported facts, inference, conflicting evidence, and unknowns. The strongest competing explanation receives explicit consideration.

Record for the buyer
Source references, review limits, and the basis for each material conclusion.
03 / Release

Own the released work product.

The principal reviews support, material limitations, intended use, and proposed action before release. AI-assisted drafting remains subject to that human review.

Record for the buyer
Dated version, accountable reviewer, unresolved items, and next action.
04 / Correction

Keep material changes visible.

When a correction is warranted, the principal updates the controlling statement, records why it changed, and identifies the affected recipients.

Record for the buyer
Correction rationale, revised version, review date, and notification record.

A conclusion carries only the support the evidence provides. When the record is insufficient, the work identifies the gap and the evidence needed to resolve it.

Authority and human review

Keep ownership clear on both sides.

ARE Global owns its advisory work.

The principal is responsible for the firm’s analysis, release language, and corrections. Unresolved authority, handling, or tool-approval questions pause the affected work until an authorized route is established.

The client retains decision authority.

The client’s authorized owner approves operational action and determines how to use the advice. Scope records who may authorize access, change the assignment, receive the work, and accept delivery.

Questions and corrections

A clear route to challenge the record.

Executives, procurement reviewers, policy and oversight staff, and members of the public can raise a specific discrepancy directly with the principal.

  1. Identify the statement.

Send the public page URL or work-product title and version, the statement in question, and a short explanation. Keep the first message non-sensitive.

  2. Review the support.

The principal assesses the source record, materiality, affected use, and whether reliance on the disputed conclusion should pause.

  3. Record the resolution.

A supported correction updates the controlling record and its date. Material changes to released work are communicated to the agreed recipients.
